What controls the remote backlit buttons?
when I boot up the remote the buttons light up after allonis app starts and it's in the smartremote screen the buttons turn off and stay off

Getting delivered on Thursday (would've been tomorrow but I've got to many meetings to deal with). And the import charges were way lower than expected, only added £79.64 to total cost, which was a pleasant surprise. Hopefully get time to open it this weekend.

that's good!!  Just follow the installation documentation carefully even if you are a power Linux user...don't shortcut and don't improvise.  Stuff is going on behind the scenes that you might not know about with the setup steps.  Have patience during the initial boot(s).  It's doing a lot of stuff.

CodZero I'm curous what you think of the build quality between the Unfolded Circle remote and the Allonis remote please post your thoughts when you have a chance.

David is there a easy way to reset myserver6 to it's default settings, sort of a out of box. type reset?
I've been just working with myserver dashboard getting the drivers working where I can send commands to my equipment.
Since I was one of the early users and not all documents and drivers ready. The HAgateway added a ton of rooms I don't need
and what I can't get working I'm thinking might have borked something.

I know the documentation is being worked on but could we get a list of definitions for stuff in the myserver dashboard.
So far there is no mention in the docs what Management > Presets or Management > A/V Sources are used for and in the
documentation the commands in device command testing are not mentioned at all unless it's part of the setup process.

Today you would have to do a Master Image slam to truly get it set back to how you received it.  To change the database, just download the myServer install, do a Backup, save the backup to a offline directory / usb stick / network server and unzip myServer to get a blank database.  Save your license file too.  license.json.  Delete the database file and unzip the new myServer download.
Once you restart, you should have a clean system to reconfigure.
