Still no good on my end. I installed the myDesigner update and also updated myServer to the latest software. myDesigner still doesn't show any project files.Issue is resolved. Installed the designer update that was just released.

Nillaz, what is your myDesigner Windows Teamviewer ID? Install TeamViewer Host and send on a PM if you would like.

Mind you, on the positive side, by the time I get it, the rest of you will have worked out the bugs, the documentation will be up to date, and all the required videos will be up, and my install and usage will be a breeze. Hopefully!

Well, package has arrived in the UK, but because it's with Parcelforce now for import duties and tax assessment, it could take a couple of weeks to actually get it 😭EDIT: tracking just turned up, yay 😁😁

I'm trying to look on the bright side with the rack mount servers being delayed to April. Same as you - at least the most egregious problems should be sorted by then....

Yes, the system will be more stable by then. But, it will be everchanging. Has been for the last 20 years. There are always improvements and new features to add. But that process is what got us here - the most powerful handheld remote in the business. The core system is hugely capable and stable. The "addons" to support SmartRemote are Beta. The lack of documentation bit us but had to follow the late breaking software changes. The key is: Follow the documentation. What we have found is that many aren't doing that and getting their systems into a swirl requiring expert debugging to figure out what wasn't done right. The documentation is pretty accurate now. It too will continue to improve both subject and style to make it more understandable.
