I am having a huge amount of trouble getting myServer to work properly. I have a number of devices, all of which are currently controlled by Harmony. First step is to get Harmony integration working, live with it for a while and then slowly set up each device to work natively from MyServer and the SmartRemote. I am completely stumped at Step one. I have the server up and running on a Pi 5 (after a lot of wrestling, wrangling, scrapping the set-up entirely and restarting from scratch) - always trying to ensure I follow the documentation. Steps thus far > OS downloaded and burned to USB > server up and running > first steps completed (renaming server, adding owner, adding users, adding rooms) > updated MyServer from 'Software Updates', downloaded Harmony driver (and SmartRemote template while I was at it).
Where I have an issue: I attempt to configure the Harmony driver. Auto discover fails to find the Hub. Manually adding does not work. I can ping the hub from the Pi. Currently stuck.
Other potential issue (although I have not got this far yet) : I authenticate with Harmony via Google. I don't believe I have a standalone username and password. I don't seem to be able to change this via Logitech. I have no desire to create a brand new Harmony profile and start again (there was a huge amount of work involved in getting my Hub set up as I wanted).
Further issue (MyDesigner) : I am finding it very difficult to get My Designer to successfully SMB into the server to access my templates. On one prior version of the server I had running (before I binned it in frustration and started with a fresh image) I did manage to access it, but no more. MyDesigner gives no feedback to state connection failed (the only way of knowing is a blank left hand column). I see this may be a Win 11 SMB issue? I have tried accessing the share via explorer and have managed to get to the credentials box (allonis/allonis) but still no luck.
Still one thing at once - why does the server not autodetect my Hub? As I say, they are on the same Lan and the Pi on which the server is running can ping the hub.
Many thanks - I appreciate all the support being provided - fully understand that this is not a mature product so am pleased there is assistance out there!

(seem to have sorted the MyDesigner/SMB issue... Not sure how, but I can now see the templates)

I'm having the same issue with the harmony hub. I've tried everything short of nuking the hub and starting over.I am having a huge amount of trouble getting myServer to work properly. I am close. I can use the SmartRemote. Works perfectly.
Periodically, it seems like I loose the connection. When I press a button (hard or soft) nothing happens.
If I restart myserver, I will be back in business.
Suggestions?

I've noticed that too with the Harmony driver except it happens every time for me. It's like if it isn't used for more than a minute or too something times out. I believe the driver uses some kind of authentication token to talk to the Harmony hub so my guess is that token is expiring but why I experience this and Allonis don't I wouldn't know. And yes, restarting the myServer makes it reconnect to the Harmony Hub and re-authenticate. The normal commands don't give any error output when they don't work but if I try a Harmony get config it responds with:
