And that's where the goodness ends. I'm still having serious issues. It still does the thing with my Shield where once you press a button it starts infinitely firing off that command until I press another button, and then it starts firing off that different command instead. I can go into Youtube and if I press right it will start to scroll through all of the videos in the row at blazing speed. If I press a button on the Harmony while it's doing this it instantly stops and starts behaving correctly again. It's completely bizarre since both the SmartRemote and Harmony remote are controlling the same devices through the same hub at the same time.
The Apple TV behaves in the same off manner. Pressing a button on the SmartRemote will cause it to infinitely issue the same command until it is interrupted by another button press. My other devices (bluray player, xbox, etc.) behave correctly, at least as far as I can tell. Unfortunately the Shield TV and the Apple TV are by far the most used and most important devices in my whole system.
I've tried everything I can think of. I've checked the interkey delays in my Harmony devices and activities and they are at the default settings. I removed the offending activities from the Harmony software and recreated them from scratch. I nuked my ENTIRE myServer configuration, removing all rooms, macros, and drivers for all devices so I could start completely fresh. I have rebooted the server and went through the Harmony driver process again. Currently it is the ONLY thing installed on the server. Nothing I have done has made a bit of difference whatsoever.
This thing is completely borked for me. I need help. I can't keep reinventing the wheel here and I don't know what else to do.

I followed the instructions to the letter. Everything went exactly as outlined in the How To. I did notice that the discovery process went significantly faster than it had previously. All of my activities and devices show up on the remote as expected. The Harmony driver is released. Make sure you have the latest driver, server and SmartRemote template. The HowTo button in the driver will take you to the documentation. Please follow it closely. An accompanying YouTube video is in post-production and should be up soon.
ATTENTION!
If you have previously installed the Harmony driver please make sure you delete all your existing harmony devices in the driver page (use the Harmony|RemoveDevices command), then go to the Sources & Apps page and delete any Harmony sources you might find there. Finally, go to the Macros page and delete any activate-source macros that might have been tied to those old Harmony devices.
Do this before updating to the new driver. You have to start with a clean slate before moving forward.
Let us know how it goes.

Send us your Teamviewer ID / password for the myDesigner PC and the TV id for myServer and we'll take a look.

All is good on your system now. There was a keypunch issue that used a dash instead of an underscore in the Activity name. This is fixed in myServer. Your old Macros just needed a quick edit. Thanks David email sent with the requested info.

Mine is working, at least intermittently. When running, it works well. I probably would like to tweak a couple of hard buttons.
Buttons not backlit.
