We looked deeper. You were on an old version of Macros that don't match the current user interface template. We made those changes for you (see the bottom of this doc for what changes were made)

You will notice you now need to click on "Harmony Hub" icon to get to the Harmony Devices / Activities lists that once one of those is chosen, the appropriate soft and hard buttons are then available to control that device.
