Thank you. I entered the commands. F1 brings up the SAP menu. F2 does nothing.
I am definitely a neophyte at this. Here is the screen shot. Where did I go wrong?

Thanks. One last question. Which do I edit "harmony-activity", "harmony-device" or "harmony"
Like I said, I am a beginner.

You and me both!

I'm not sure what you mean - but if this helps...

in my example if I always wanted the F1 button to bring up the Guide, I would delete the entire contents of the short press command box for F1 and just replace it with:

AV|3~Press~80513405~Guide

Of course, the above would only work for me (because in my setup the Server has called the Harmony 'AV|3' and the specific code '80513405' is what the Harmony calls my cable TV box).  Yours will be different - hence the need to see what is happening in the logs to find the command you want to use.

Just to repeat - the above ties the F1 button to one device.  If you want it to control whichever is the current active device (rather than always only controlling one device) you will need to use a variable.

I hope that makes sense.

Still having problems with the Hub falling off the server.  I implemented a daily reboot of the server (with the automations) but it still regularly disconnects.

Log attached showing the problem when I try to run a Harmony activity.

And it's happened again.  The driver isn't stable enough.  The hub has disconnected once more.

In the long-term I am going to get a IP2IR solution, but given I bought this on the understanding that this could use the hub (and it can - most of the time!) I would really like to get this to work properly.

The only way to fix it is to delete the Harmony driver > restart server > download Harmony driver > restart server > manually add the hub (autodiscover still does not work)

I cannot do this every time the hub disconnects (which occurs perhaps every other day).

is there a solution?
