So apparently the fix to the issue I was having is to completely ignore the errors for a week or so (either use your original remote or don't use your system) and they just randomly go away on their own after a couple myserver updates.

That's funny! I fired up my projector on Sunday for a demo and it all worked normally. So apparently the fix to the issue I was having is to completely ignore the errors for a week or so (either use your original remote or don't use your system) and they just randomly go away on their own after a couple myserver updates.

I wish I could say it was funny, Wouldn't work for over a week.
Hit the button last night and it fired up perfectly.

JVC has changed how myServer knocks on the door now at least three times....not sure if Dave remotely connected to your system to see what your projector was wanting. So, if you did an update to the JVC driver, maybe the fix was in that.
As you might guess, things don't fix by themselves. If the problem rears it's ugly head again, we likely would have to remote into the system to see how the projector is responding. let us know!

And that's why some kind of change logs for myServer and the drivers, however brief, would be useful to us. It's frustrating when something doesn't work then suddenly starts working (e.g. page swipe component in my case) and you don't know if you've done something different, the software was just having a bad day or if something has been fixed behind the scenes.JVC has changed how myServer knocks on the door now at least three times....not sure if Dave remotely connected to your system to see what your projector was wanting.
