It could be a cable issue or along those same lines, you don't have two devices with the same IP address do you? That could cause issues.
Another thing to try just to rule out anything else on your network that might be trying to connect to it you could change the IP address and hostname of the projector. Then update MyServer to use that new IP address and see if it resolves the issue.

Definitely not two devices with same IP.
Everything in the house besides mobile devices is set to static or reserved addresses.
I'll tinker later and report back. Thanks for trying to provide some ideas.

Since there's been no progress made using the JVC driver, I've added my projector to the generic tvir driver and have been controlling it that way. So far it's working well, it's nice to not have to use the factory remote for power commands.

Being perpetually on the trailing edge of technological innovation, I upgraded my old JVC RS45 to a newer RS2000 4K projector. Its not installed yet in the theatre room but I have been setting up integration in my shop this week. So far it has been responding correctly to commands from Myserver. I use an html page on my phone to control the basic functions of my theatre room so I merely changed a few AV references and now it works with the new projector. I could have just assigned the IP address of the old projector to the new projector but I am hoping to maybe use the old RS45 in my guitar room, so I need to keep them separate.
