Basic functions of SmartRemote not working.

I think you can cut and paste from the Live window.  It is just a view into the log file as it is being created.

Since you're unable to control your other two devices but the test commands work, it's possible there is an issue with your activation macros that turn everything on. Can you please copy and post your working activation macro (FireTV) and the other two?

I found I had to crack the code on getting the right sequence to turn on my AVR and TV, set them to the proper inputs, and in some cases set up variables in the activation macro to make everything work. Once I did this, I copied and pasted the relevant code when I added a new device and modified it as needed.

Mark, Is your myServer controller connected to the Internet so we can remotely connect to it?

I need to get the device driver page to show again, i know there is a post on this, I just need to find it again.
Then I'm going to delete all my devices, hope the remote looses the device control tiles, then reboot, re-update and reconnect/setup my devices again, now that I know are the processes in MyServer and the specific procedures on each device. I really struggled to the first time, now i found all setup info needed.

Hey Mark,so your commands are working when you test them from the MyServer page?   But not from the remote itself?   Do you know how to assign those commands individually to buttons on the remote?  If not, I can help. Opens up a whole new world.

Once I get the remote working I will need to create macros to get everything on and to the correct inputs.

FYI, since my Harmony Elite hasn’t fully stopped working I haven’t been working on this for awhile.

Time to get her working.
