Apps displayed but non-clickable

I did a couple reboots of the server and pi itself this morning. My activities are now working, the hub is NOT disconnecting even after and hour or so of inactivity through the remotes. 
I am having issues with devices never ending command, as others have already mentioned.
The volume command being sent to my monolith htp is jumping volume by 4dB (or 4 presses) with every myServer key/command press. 
 

Latest would be whatever is in Software Updater at the time of the forum post.

I have installed the latest Harmony driver and also did a fill system (Pi 4) reboot after.

I still don't get any activity when I select an Activity.

I just did a GetConfig.

Looks like your password isn't accepted by the Hub.  I seem to remember you cannot be logged into Logitech via their "smartphone signon".  It's in the documentation.
