I see you removed one of the LG TVs from the room.
Your Roku had the wrong IP address.
Ensure all of your devices are either Static IP addressed or Reserved DHCP addressed so they never change.

168.31 is the Family room TV.
168.160 is in a bedroom and should not be included.
I renamed 168.31 to Family Room TV

Thank you. Which user should I use on the Smart Remote?
Do I need to do any updates?
I gave it a try. The Roku does not function. Unable to select a channel.
AVR brings up the menu I previously shared.
TV bring up the menu I previously shared.

Roku: You use the hard buttons. Just like the Roku standard remote. Right click to bring up the guide. Up / Down to navigate channel list. Select to enter that channel.

AVR and TV menus are what they are...what did you want?
