Hi David,
Sounds like we are both frustrated!
I can't imagine we are that far away from having this correct.
Please provide specific step-by-step instructions. This chain is long and I would like to avoid them guessing.
I am also okay using the support hours that I purchased.
If you feel this isn't a good fit or worth your time, let me know.
You can refund the purchase and I'll send everything back to you.

Network setup is not supported by Allonis. It is up to the end user to properly configure their network. No different than buying a printer or a smart tv.
If you provided the information that is in this forum thread, that is all that a competent network support technician will need. Basically, reserve the OLD IP address for the myServer computer. That should be it.
Here is far more details:
allonis.com/support/documentation?view=category&id=256
But that is overkill.
Basically, the SmartRemote is configured to the webpage at the myServer's IP address. So, the IP address can never change or the SmartRemote won't know where to find it to load myServer's webpages.
SmartRemote > Wifi access point > ethernet network > myServer IP address
If you aren't in a happy place with the system, you can choose to sell it. There are no returns. Especially for installation issues that are outside of Allonis's control.
Kinda like wanting to return your new Ferrari because the roads are bumpy. bad analogy, but not too far off.
