The first order of business is to get the remote working.
I have a multicolor screen...nothing displayed.

Sounds like your myServer server IP address may have changed which it should never if setup correctly on your network (reserved DHCP or Static addressed).
The other possibility is that you changed your myServer template folder name from what it was setup for.
Investigate those two alternatives. Ensure the network devices never change their IP addresses.

I am pretty sure the MyServer IP address changed with the new router and ISP.
The old address was: 192.168.168.119
The new address is: 192.168.168.29

I am not well versed in any of this. I am in over my head so maybe the purchase wasn't a smart move.
I purchased a few hours of support which I'd happily use.

Hi Jim
You should get the assistance of a local network support company for setting up your home network. Or consult your network router company on how you can DIY set up the network. Your network is not a product of Allonis. the devices just "hang" on your existing properly setup network.
Any network connected remote control or automation system will have same requirements.

I am not trying to DYI any of this!

A professional IT company manages my network.
You also sold me the support hours I bought with the device. Despite paying for them, I am always relegated to the forum.  I am not sure what I bought.

We just installed a new router and switch. I also changed the ISP, so we have fiber optic coming in.
Your device was somewhat operational, but with the changes, it is not.

Please provide the documentation with step-by-step troubleshooting so they can determine which settings to adjust.

My needs for this device are so limited that it is immensely frustrating that I can't have basic functionality. Purchasing this was a mistake on my part; I am just trying to make the best of a terrible situation.

provide the above messages to your networking company and have them redo the network the way it was working and all should work as it was.
