How does the remote feel in your hand? Is it easy to reach the hard buttons using it one handed?

For me,  I have small hands, it is perfect.  No complaints.

On another note,  I was looking for Mydesigner software download link that according to the software purchase page stated Mydesigner was included with the purchase of myServer 6.  Is this true, I was hoping to start looking at the software?
