Labels being cut short

This isn't sufficient?? 6:32pm was visible, when I looked at the remote again at 6:34pm the pm disappeared.
 

I duplicated your text object here, and it is working fine. We would have to inspect your project. Same with the JVC IP. email your Teamviewer ID and password (if you changed it) and keep it online.

That's why I'm asking.. sometimes it works fine, sometimes it drops the am/pm from the time. 
It shows perfectly every time in mydesigner and through the launch buttons from mydesigner and the myServer dashboard but not the remote itself.. there's no "pm"

TeamViewer is still enabled and setup how it was from new.

It is difficult for Allonis to remotely diagnose intermittent issues. It takes too much time. Software does not work randomly. So, it would be helpful to find out what makes it sometimes not work. I see the IR transmission status icon is right next to it...are you using the SmartRemote IR transmitter (like to control your JVC?)? Does the "PM" go away only when sending IR?

I use the ip2ir to control anything that's still on ir. I was actually going to remove the IR icon as I don't use it. 
I watched it disappear yesterday. 
​​​​​​I lifted the remote from the arm of my seat and the time was 6:32pm, I placed it back on the arm and picked it up again at 6:34pm... the "pm" disappeared while I was looking at it. I pressed no buttons, made no action to control any devices.. poof gone..
It never did reappear yesterday.
