I'm concerned by this. I know TeamViewer is part of the package in order to provide remote help if needed. I wasn't aware Allonis could/would remote in to someone's system without their knowledge and fiddle with things. Is this what happened?

Also, don't forget to Clear browser Cache after a myServer update.
Easiest way on a Chrome browser, is to right click on the webpage,  click Inspect.  then, Click and HOLD the refresh button (top left of the browser) and scroll down to Clear Cache and Reload.
Especially now, there are LOTs of Javascript changes going on that to use those updates you need to clear cache so the new code gets loaded by the browser.
