Cannot add device

I'm trying to add my jvc projector by these instructions.

But the command testing never launches. I'd use the jvc driver but it does not communicate with my projector. 
 

It's expecting to talk to the projector via IP on port 20554. I'll remote in to check what ports it is exposing.

I'm standing here watching you maneuver around. 
I was able to get as far as you have but none of the commands were doing anything on the projector itself. 
It's on right now, I was watching a show. So if you want to trigger some input changes for testing that's fine. 

For clarity the projector is an x790/rs540 

Ok, I installed the JVC driver and added your projector. I see the driver connect to the projector on the network. Can you try a simple AV|109~power~on and AV|109~power~off  test and let me know if it does anything? 

Negative. 
No commands being registered at the projector.

Yea I saw you send the Power and Source commands... I'll keep looking.
