Been getting a few folks with same issue - system won't boot.
Root cause is allowing the myServer controller to be power cycled.  Either intentionally or inadvertently (like from a power outage).
This is Russian Roulette.  Eventually if power cycled, the Raspberry Pi will be in a Write to Drive cycle and if power is removed...the boot sector of the boot drive will get corrupted and will not boot again.

To prevent:  Ensure myServer is on a UPS.  Highly recommended one that can be monitored by myServer so when the battery gets drained myServer's Automation Rule can gracefully shut itself (and other stuff) down.

Good cable management - don't trip on the cables!

And the real issue - power cycles don't fix things....they only make it worse.  So, put a HDMI monitor on the controller and a wireless keyboard mouse and GRACEFULLY power restart the system.  Or use the myServer Terminal Client window from a PC on the network, log in and do a "sudo reboot" to gracefully restart the system.
Get lazy and you will get bitten!

Power cycle issues are not warrantable.

Keep backups of your systems on a separate drive, ideally in a separate place (like all your important digital content).

NVM. I found the documentation stating that APC is supported. I currently have myServer plugged into a CyberPower unit but I have an APC in another room and can swap them around.

This thread is extremely helpful.  I currently have my APC connected to a windows box and appreciate the "You can also run the APC UPSD software on Windows and relay the message to myServer 6 controller via ethernet." option in the document you reference.

Regarding a proper/graceful shutdown of the shelf mount controller... when I go on vacation, I had been using the "Power Off Host" command under "Utilities".  I assume this command will perform a graceful shutdown of the controller?  I only ask because (A) I've learned not to rely on assumptions, and (B) I cannot get the unit to power back on using the button on the front.  The only method for powering back on after a "Power Off Host" command is pulling the power cord and plugging it back in (in my experience).  Then the unit powers up and works fine.  Is there a better way to power it back up?

What controller are you using? Shelf mount? if so, under the power button plastic front is a tiny switch that changes power modes. There should be instructions that came in the box on what the settings are. The switch should be on power up on power available. But the original setting was push power button to power up.
