AppleTV driver not working was created by cnicho01
So, I'm still struggling and can't seem to find the solution to get my Apple-TV control back on the SmartRemote. I tried removing the AppleTV Device and doing DISCOVER and selected the correct Apple-TV box for that room. I went through the instruction steps including pairing and it IS working on the Driver Command Testing tool but I cannot get it working on the remote. All my other devices seem to be working using the remote's buttons, but not AppleTV. I welcome any help. At this point my primary use for this remote is USELESS to me. Sigh.

If it's working in the driver, then it should relatively easily work on the smartremote too. Send us your myServer Teamviewer ID, and ensure the SmartRemote is On and we'll take a quick look. Please post in the correct forums so that others can glean from the experience. Thanx!!!

Sorry to post in the incorrect forum, did a quick search and found the "Broken Server after Driver Update" and added there. Can you move my comments to the correct Topic? Also you are requesting my TeamViewer info, where do you want it sent? I didn't see a private message. Email?

Probably you did not do both auth requests and the request to get apps is returning a null response. The error is in the log.

The driver "works" because it is just transport control buttons. That too is showing same error when the page loads.
Are the SmartRemote hard button transport control buttons working (like the web buttons do within the driver test page)?

No, none of the SmartRemote hard buttons work for AppleTV, but they are working for the other devices, Denon AVR, LG TV............
