Prime, Netflix, and YouTubeTV was created by RxJoshRx
Im pretty sure I already know the answer to this, but just wanted to double check. Currently we use the latest Apple 4KTV to run 90% of everything we do in our HT. I've looked briefly into the AndroidTV driver about adding Netflix, Prime, and YouTubeTV as a main button on the home screen.

This is something that is only possible if you have another Android device that can load these apps though, correct? Just curious if there is a way to add these items to the home screen using any of the current items I have in my setup- LG OLED C2, Apple 4k TV, and PS5. OR is there anyway to create an activity that would sign in via the internet and use that as a workaround for any of these services?

Like I said, Im pretty sure that Im SOL without having a Shield or fire stick/cube, but just wanted to double check before I completely wrote it off as an option. Thanks!

Did you install the latest AppleTV IP driver (like as of yesterday)?
I believe that will display the popular, installed apps you have on your AppleTV and allow you to click and launch that app.

Just wanted to chime in that while I'm aware that the Apple TV driver has a LAUNCH command just like the AndroidTV driver does I have never been able to get this to work on my Apple TV. I'm on the new driver and I just checked again and this still doesn't function for me. It also doesn't populate the widget in the Apple TV scene on my remote with my installed apps.

I thought that maybe this was a work in progress and just wasn't switched on in the driver yet. Does anyone else here have this working?

As you know, the latest driver is brand new and hasn't been completely flushed out yet. Post your findings and any logs that look appropriate.

I’m having the same problem Nillaz has.
My installed apps don’t populate.
I already posted my event logs.
