Missing Action Toolbar

I have connected to myDesigner but I am missing the toolbar that runs along the top of the app - Designer, Projects, Scenes etc. there is nothing I can click or toggle to make it appear so I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and I have installed it on a completely different PC with the same result. I am using a Windows 11 with i7 processor

Anyone got any ideas

What do you have your display scaling set to? My experience is that myDesigner doesn't seem to play nice if you have the scaling level cranked up. In my case it was cutting off a portion of the top toolbars with a moderate scaling increase (I forget exactly what I had it at but it was probably like 150% on a 4K monitor). Reducing the scaling level to 100% brought them completely into view.

It sounds like you have minimized the ribbon. On the top of the Window just to the right of the D icon there is a little dropdown. One of the options in that drop down is minimize or maximize the ribbon. Check there to make sure it is maximized.

Thank you for the suggestions Gents. As usual the answer was staring me in the face - Customize Quick Access Toolbar. however that brings me to my next problem. anytime a pop  up box appears they are tiny and in somecase its hard to figure out what is needed.  Right clicking on the box shows that maximize is greyed out. Any advice gratefully received

What is your display resolution (1920x1080 is recommended) and what is your display scaling (100% is recommended - not more)?
