Error message when trying to connect to panel

Hi Everyone,

I'm trying to connect to a DSC panel through an IT-100 connected to a Global Cache GC-100-18 serial port 2.  I'm using the following command:

DSC|AddNetworkPanel~Security~192.168.1.70~5000~Equipment

I'm getting the following error:

ERROR · DSC.doCommand - Error in doCommand - The type 'System.ReadOnlySpan`1[System.Byte]' of property 'Preamble' on type 'System.Text.Encoding' is invalid for serialization or deserialization because it is a pointer type, is a ref struct, or contains generic parameters that have not been replaced by specific types.

I'd appreciate some help to resolve this.  Thanks...
