Nested macros?

You have a couple of options. You would define the "inner" macros, coreelec.poweron and coreelec.alreadyon in the macro section of the dashboard. And then manually call those macros from the button command. Or you could also define an "outer" macro, coreelec.power, that calls those "inner" macros. Then the button command would just call the "outer" macro.

I cannot thank you enough. This works perfectly, I took and defined two macros. One for a cold boot and one for when the system is already running, added the IF|is##else to the power button on the remote and it calls the two macros depending on power state of the avr. I can't believe it was this simple. I followed the same outline for all the other "activities" I wanted and it switches flawlessly.
