Bond Driver Instructions?

I wanted to start using the Bond driver, but I don't see a pairing command or something to make it work. Am I missing something?

"Download the BondBridge driver from myServer's Software updater

Click on Configuration from the myServer Driver / BondBridge

Create a Device. Assign the BondBridgePro's IP address."
