I have three Sony TVs of different ages. All have working network connectivity via Ethernet. My detection results by model are as follows:

XBR-950B - Detected by the Sony TV driver

XBR-75Z9F (Android based) - Not detected by SonyTVs driver or Androidtv driver. Once I made changes to Android to enable ADB configuration (similar to Nvidia Shield changes for ADB) then the TV was detected by the Android driver.

XBR-HX929 - Not detected by SonyTVs driver. I expect this will have to be configured for IR control even though it has network connectivity.

Thought this might help others who may have similar Sony TVs

The Allonis documentation says to "Enable IP control" on the Sony TV.

The settings on my A80K are a bit more complex.

Authentication can be set to either Normal, or Normal and Pre-Shared Key.

There are two choices to activate:  Simple IP control or Control4.

What are the correct choices for the Sony TV Driver?

I will assume Simple IP is what I would try first.
Note, Allonis has done integration with MANY Sony TVs, but we don't track which particular ones.  Sony is generally one of the easiest TV brands to support, but not necessarily all models.  Try it.  If not success, send us an email with your TeamViewer ID and we'll log in to see what ports it has opened.  You can use from the myServer controller a terminal session running: "NMap (IP Address of the sony TV)"  Let us know what ports show open.

I used Normal, and Simple IP.  I am able to successfully configure the device.  It is using port 20060.

Ok, then it's standard Sony 20060.  good to hear working.  I updated the docs with "Simple mode".
