The Sony TV Driver did not add an activation macro or a source.

I don't use the built-in streaming services, but I do have an antenna connected for OTA TV.

Is this something I need to setup manually?

No rush.  If this is something that the driver will do at some point, I can just wait.

It should have created the source and macro. Try this.
Put your SonyTV back into the Unknown room.
Then in macros make sure that any activate-source.sony type macros you see are deleted.
Look in Sources and apps and make sure any references to the Sony are also deleted.
Go back into the Sony driver and place the Sony TV back into it's correct room and make sure its type is TV.
Did this create the source and Macros?

Just now, I downloaded the latest myServer and an updated Sony TV driver.

I deleted the device and added it again.  The macro and source were created.  The TV appears on the Room page on the remote.

However, just like the blu-ray player, the buttons do nothing.

The buttons for the Shield and the Anthem AVP both work.

Looking at the log, the command was issued as:   AV|1~Remote~HDMI1

Looking at the driver configuration, the ID is 7, because I deleted and re-added it.

Looking at all my drivers:

Control 1 = Smart Remote Generic IR
AV 2 = Shield Pro Android TV
AV 3 = Smart Remote Android TV
AV 4 = Anthem Main
AV 5 = Anthem Zone 2
AV 6 = Panasonic BluRay BluRay IR

I hand edited the ID for the Sony TV back to AV 1.  The buttons are working.
