How do I reset the SmartRemote to factory settings?

well the first question is why do you need to do that.  The only setting on the remote itself are the communication settings.

Look at the "Troubleshooting" section for how to remotely change those settings from the myServer controller hardware's browser (since ADB is installed there with the AndroidTV driver).

My guess from looking at your other messages...the issue has nothing to do with the SmartRemote settings.  But the info is good to have anyway.

Ok, that doesn't require any changes on the literal SmartRemote.
Again.  YOU HAVE to follow the documentation.  And like posted, there is no TV icon today so even if the system was setup perfectly, that won't show up as there are no controls to control on most TVs other than Power on / off.  In the future there will be a TV.html webpage.

What is the procedure for returning the remote?
