Smart Remote Setup was created by Chrisan
I think I screwed something up in setup. Now I start the remote I get a few screens pop up then it just goes tgo the blurry color screen and nothing happens. Smartremote template is loaded in MyServer. Not sure how to double check my settings in the remote or change them. thx

What did you figure out? Someone else will have the same issue...and maybe Allonis needs to clarify the documentation...

Good point David. I had 2 project files. 1) smartremote-sample and 2) smartremote-chris. The files are identical at this stage. But I read the remote defaults to load the smartremote project, which I didn't have, So I renamed smartremote-chris to smartremote and it started to work.

Your SmartRemote settings point to a particular folder name that must match the folder name within the myServer/wwwroot directory. You also could have modified the target folder name on the SmartRemote settings (ie: smartremote-chris"). Recommended is what you did - keep your "production" (in use) folder named "smartremote"....we also make a backups folder and move any out of use template folders into that directory so they don't get read when myServer launches.
Keeping the name consistent (ala smartremote) then also allows you to put shortcuts on other devices to same foldername for ease of access.
