First off, thanks to David for his guidance to the forum and effort to assist.
I received my shelf unit and remote last week, and have had a couple issues I can’t seem to resolve.
Attempting to connect a mouse and keyboard to any USB port has failed to register a connection other than one instance when a wired mouse connected for a short time.
Since I had no way to interact other than the mouse, I then unplugged the device and waited, plugged it back in and now as the subject states, I get no input on multiple hdmi monitors. It will flicker on when the power button is pressed (I switched the power toggle) indicating the monitor is acknowledging a device is present, but no visual display is presented and a No Signal message is given.
I attempted to reseat the SSD and it didn’t help, I’ve also tried booting without any hardware attached and nothing. I’m beginning to wonder if it’s a hardware issue, but defective pi’s are rare, although not nonexistent. Any ideas?

That's a weird one. Note that all Shelf systems were booted multiple times at Allonis with wireless keyboard / mouse and HDMI monitor plugged in.
I would ensure you are using a plain 1080 monitor and not a "8K wrap around gaming display" or the like that might be confusing EDID handshake.
That starts to point to a fried OS if it isn't booting.
If you are positive that you have tried "everything", then you might need to remove the NVME drive and connect it to a USB to NVME adapter (not provided) and reimage the NVME with the master image and start over.
