Hi, I have been away for a few months and just got back home.
My SmartRemote was on the dock while I was away, wifi on, etc but no use.
When I first picked it up it was non-responsive so I held the power button and selected Reboot. When it rebooted it came to a black screen with "=> FASTBOOT mode" on the bottom. I was unable to power it off so let the battery run out and tried powering it back up. At first boot it was stuck on the Allonis screen...I let it be for a couple of hours then held the power button and it went off and back on. This time it seemed to be coming back. When I got to the smartremote app, however, I noticed that the wifi was showing "Off". If I clicked to enable wifi on the toggle, it would not change the Wifi: Off, and after some seconds the toggle would go back to the off position too...
I tried rebooting again and now I'm at the FASTBOOT message again...
I'd like to know if there is something I can do at this point or it will have to go back home to Allonis for some love? If I have to RMA it how do i start this procedure?
