One more random success here. I got a new Roku today (my old "Premier" model's wifi was having trouble keeping up with some local media streaming). Anyway, I hit discover and it was discovered right away. Set it to the right room. Disabled the old Roku from that room. And all I had to do was change the server variable for the Roku ID in that room from the old ID to the new ID and it just worked with my SmartRemote. Pretty cool.
Too bad setting up the new Roku itself (namely signing into all the apps/channels wasn't that seamless

I updated my drivers this morning and while I'm having a weird new issue with the Nvidia Shield that I need to work out I noticed that the new behavior of the volume buttons smoothly turning up and down on button hold has been implemented and it works brilliantly. It's fast too!
Thanks for this Dave!

I feel like I'm making some good progress. I've managed to build a macro to emulate a harmony activity and a corresponding "watch roku" scene. I was able to fire the command and everything turned on correctly, but it definitely needs some more work. Mapping buttons correctly was the hardest/most time consuming part, it takes 10minutes at a time to update/save/refresh my scenes... I'm convinced it's my vm that I have windows running in.
I want to put more time into building some overlays to drop over top of the scenes, have them come up or hide at different events. The more I get to know the allonis tech, the happier I am that I bought in. There is so much potential in this product and I haven't even scratched the surface.

Looks good man I'm glad you're making progress. Were you able to get things sorted with your HDFury's and the IP2IR?I feel like I'm making some good progress. Hi Fattykidd,
Could you please share your macros for the HTP-1 your projector and Dirac functionality?
Thx.

Thanks nillaz. I haven't crossed that bridge yet. Just trying to get basics down and simple activity creation working without issue.
The ip2ir was an excellent investment. Like you, I'm having much better luck not using the harmony driver.
