Not sure how things got there...you can try to delete the device (associated macros myServer should then auto delete) and readd it. Try a unique name while adding it. Try not to edit the name after it is initialized.
You can also manually inspect the macros for the device.
You could also manually create the device macro.
But there isn't a "refresh" as this system is dynamic and doesn't need a refresh.
The Room associated macro must be manually edited to add a device as Active when that room is selected. And any settings associated to that device (like an audio matrix has many sources and several Zones (rooms) that might apply to that room).
