Careful with the 3/15 MyServer 6 Update was created by bitzerjd
***Update*** I tried to reinstall the update today (3/18) and it install fine. I have a feeling that the aborted download messed up something causing the error. This time the updated downloaded and installed like all the others.
***New Update*** The new update breaks the Home Assistant Gateway (at least in my system). I reverted back to the previous myServer snapshot and the functionality was restored.
***Success*** A new myServer update and Home Assistant update dropped. I installed both and the system is working properly!
FYI
I tried to apply the latest MyServer update and it failed on the first download, it retried and was successful. When it applied, it threw an error, but started. Unfortunately, it was wonky (for example, the Home Assistant buttons didn't work) and I quickly reverted to last night's snapshot and everything is back functioning.
My advice, try at your own risk. If I didn't have a system with snapshots, I don't know how I would have recovered.....

Interesting, this myServer updated included zero code changes in myServer. It was simply a release that included updated html for the Dashboards avoip900 driver pages. Do you recall what the error it logged was?

It flashed a yellow message about an error when the server was starting. I don't have the log file because the snapshot restore got rid of it.

Thanks for the heads up. What are referring to as "snapshots?" Daily backups?

Hi, I'm running an unsupported configuration for my MyServer. The config is a Linux Virtual Machine running on my QNAP NAS. The software running the VM allows me to do snapshots and hot backups (I do a snapshot nightly and a backup weekly). I can easily rollback to a previous snapshot, or restore a backup if the system is really messed up. There are a few Topics on this config, just search for Virtual Machine.
I also run Allonis scheduled backups nightly.... just in case I would need to port the config over to my backup myServer.

There is no need to do all these backups. the system doesn't change unless you changed it. FYI
