The only time I have seen that is if licensing is exceeded. Can you tell on Dashboard home page if you have enough licenses? Have you activated the license already? Fill out the Contact information and then request activation (see the myServer configuration docs).

I updated myServer6 again and also changed the hostname.  Now my number of licenses is reporting at 175 but with 26 that I'm currently using.  I've downloaded 14 things from the software updates page (this includes MyServer itself).  When I browse to applets, drivers, or templates under the management section, they are all still blank except for the menu (Configuration, Management, etc).  Based on the tutorial, I'm not seeing any of the configuration options like Roku.

Also, I've reactivated. It has my info except your name and license status is blank. On the main dashboard page it says license type permanent.

That sounds like things are setup correctly now.  When you Activated, you got the number of device licenses that were purchased.  Currently you are consuming less than that so you are good to go.  Clear your browser cache.  Configuration of Roku would be in the Roku driver.  Download that from Software updater (along with latest myServer), and look in the Drivers list for Roku.  Click on Configuration and that is where Roku is managed.  This is covered both in the YouTube videos and in the documentation (that now exists).

I think it may be a browser issue. The drivers don't show up under firefox but they do under microsoft edge.

All testing has been done on Chrome.  Highly recommended.  Install that and try that and please advise.
Edge is not supported
Firefox should work.
Safari does work.
