Configuration and Setup

To bring all up to speed on the conclusion (to assist the next person).
The SmartRemote's project folder was typed "SmartRemote" the myServer template folder was "smartremote". Since this is a Linux based operating system on the myServer Controller, the folder names are case sensitive.

I added this tidbit to the documentation as well. So Sonnie should be back up and running for the next configuration step.
