Unusual License Error was created by JGrana01
I noticed that when I navigate to the Dashboard->Utilities->Software Updates page, after it downloads and displays all the items, I get a "License exceeded message".
I'm using 188 licenses - been pretty consistent for a while. After the Software Updates page displays, the system says I'm 101 over. This is even odd - the Dashboard home page says I am using 376... If I add 188 (my actual usage at the moment) to 101 - my math doesn't get 376 ;-)

If I run the Software Update check a second time, it clears the error and goes back to reporting 188.

Yes I've been seeing those message getting reported too. I'm not sure where the counting issue is happening. probably something that I'll have to remote into your system to investigate the root cause.

Its pretty reproducible at least. One thing I noticed, I believe it is somehow tied to the actual "download" of the Items/versions.
If I try a second time (check for Software Updates) fairly quickly - no errors.

If you want to Teamviewer in, let me know when. I can easily reproduce the error condition while you looking around.
