Is linux booting? Do you have a hdmi monitor connected? what is displaying?
You may need to do a Master Image replacement. The key is to save your custom user interface and database from the old storage drive before writing a Master Image over the top.
Is this a USB stick or a Shelf mount M.2 drive system?
Has the system been power cycled? That is by far the most common reason for a boot software issue that keeps system from booting.
