New setup, cannot create new projects but connected to myserver6

New kickstarter backer trying to setup my first test project in mydesigner6.  I've succesfully installed myserver6 on a raspberry 4.  It's been updated, registered, and rebooted.  I've installed and updated mydesigner6.  I've connected mydesigner6 to myserver6 as evidenced by browsing background images when trying to create a new project.  When I go to create a new project, I see the configuration options and can click save, but then nothing happens.  No new projects or folders show on the left hand side of mydesigner.  There are no errors in the event viewer.  Any ideas? 

To update, it looks like the folder is being created on myserver when browsing via smb but is not showing up in mydesigner.

 

This is interesting,  I’m having a similar issue.  When I create a project I don’t see anything not even the initial Web server projects.  Except, when I go to the Copy project Icon and select the Copy from drop down I can see the all the projects.   Not sure yet why they are not showing up in the Projects tree.

Yes, mine is doing that as well, they show from the copy dropdown but not on the main screen.

How are you seeing it on myserver? Im having the same issue but dont see anything ive tried to create on myserver. When you typed in your info for the settings in mydesigner, did you set it up like they did on the youtube video with your ip address or \\lastname\myserver? For the web server did you use your ip address or the server name?

Only way im able to pull mine up is using either my last name or ip address followed by /dashboard/ . But I dont think mydesigner and myserver are connected at all at the moment

I used ip addresses to just cut down on the potential issues. I can tell myserver and mydesigner are connected because I can create a new project in mydesigner and it creates the folder on myserver or I can see it in the copy project dropdown.
