That's not a bug. that's a configuration requirement.
It's in the documentation.

It's really important to follow the documentation.
You will be in the weeds if not.
This is a highly customizable / configurable professional system. You can't wing it.

Your credentials aren't entered in myDesigner. When you go to access the network share in File Explorer if it asks you for credential I believe the password/username is allonis/allonis. Alternatively you should be able to create an entry for this in the Credentials Manager.

IIRC You can reduce the resolution your monitor is outputting so long as you keep scaling at 100%. This will make things appear larger.Yes, as it turned out, it was a permission problem. The network share requires a username/password to accomplish the connection. Interesting as I cannot find anywhere inside of the Designer to enter credentials.
Is there a maintained list of bugs for Allonis software? Reducing to 100% makes everything on the screen very small and hard to read. Not an urgent problem, but Allonis might want to look into this as the smallness is hard to read, especially for older people.

I managed to work this out, but maybe you need to consolidate or check all your documentation. This page:
allonis.com/support/documentation?view=a...rver-configuration-2
, linked to from the hardware set up page for a Pi, makes no mention of the authentication issue and how to solve it.

Yes, but you have another page with conflicting, well a lack of, information.
Starting here: allonis.com/support/documentation?view=category&id=166 , and following the subsequent links on the page, a new user ends up on the page I previously linked to and is left hanging.
