My designer html pages not loading

Windows PC needs file sharing permissions saved..then restart myDesigner for those settings to take effect.

I can access my home's file server without a problem, I can see the files doming out of myServer, but can't open any of them. I believe this must be an issue with the file permissions on myServer side.

Mine is an official RPi appliance in case it helps.

I just moved myServer to a new pc with Windows 11 and I am having this problem. How was this resolved?
I can add projects and scenes.

Sadly, I'm still haven't found a way to open the files from MyDesigner. I can get the list; I can't open them.

I'm a Mac user, so I have a single laptop running Windows. Everything works except for this issue. SMB problem? perhaps. I simply can't use myServer/myRemote.

 

Mac is not supported as we dont have same system to test with. How is myDesigner installed on Mac? Proxmox? I seem to remember a couple of users doing same and figured it out. Search forum...maybe they posted what worked.

I just updated to the new version of myDesigner that came out over the last few days. I can no longer access any of the remote pages in myDesigner, and it has the symptoms that have been mentioned here by others. I can open the program and see my files/folders. If I click on a file to open the page I get the animated 4 bars in the upper right hand corner. The file never opens up so I can't edit anything no matter how long I wait.

I've updated/optimized the project files. I can access the server directly through the windows file browser and open files without Windows complaining about permissions (Windows 11). The other functions in myDesigner work. For example, I can create a new Scene page and the new file gets added to the server. I just can't open it in myDesigner in order to edit it.

Any ideas? It's been a long time since I had any issues with myDesigner.
