My designer html pages not loading

Just freshly installed myserver and mydesigner. In mydesigner when I go to load an HTML file for example "index.html" nothing loads. Im assuming the four bouncing lines in the top right indicate that page is loading but I gave the designer a minute to load but still nothing happens.

 

Sounds like the Designer not having access rights to the server. 

From Windows file explorer try to open \\<SERVER IP ADDRESS>>\myServer\wwwroot

Do you see the folders or a error?

I see folders.

Then I need to see what the Designer is doing on your windows pc. Install teamviewer and email me your Teamviewer ID and password. dave @ allonis.com

Note that all of the pages load fine in a browser when I type the ip address / (for example) moonlight-sample

Without looking at this, I assume the problem is a Windows file rights issue to the myServer controller.
Dave asked you to send Teamviewer info - have you done this?
