I'm going to have to come back to this later.  I have the Turn on by WIFI on, turned off Quick Start+, Turned on Live Plus (Found that on a Control4 forum).  I've shut power off to the TV for several minutes to make sure it restarts (though I don't recall seeing the webos logo so that's suspicious).

In the meantime, I added the IR model to the GenericIR driver and put the command to send Power On via IR in my poweron.livingroom macro which is working for now.

Getting back to this, to keep it short, I had no luck getting WOL to work with my TV, despite having the "Wake on WiFi" setting turned on.  Finally today I plugged it into ethernet (wired) and updated the IP/MAC addresses and WOL works just fine.  Guess this means I'll run another ethernet cable to this room.

By chance is your Wifi network on a different subnet? WOL won't traverse subnets.

Nope, it's all the same.  it was 192.168.0.63 on ethernet and 192.168.0.158 on wifi.

well, that points to a setting on the TV...since WOL is same and it's working via ethernet so myServer and the network are doing fine.

Yeah, I'm really not sure. Like I said, I turned on the "Wake on WiFi" setting and disabled all the power saving settings I could find, but no luck. I did notice that the TV drops from the UniFi client list when I power it off.
