Not sure when, but some of my rooms disappeared and when creating a new room it doesn't appear in the room matrix.
Could you have removed devices from that room? And then it wouldn't appear in the room matrix.
But it shouldn't have deleted itself as a Room.
Try to track this if it happens again on what the circumstance was so we can try to duplicate it if it truly is a code problem.
