Global Cache IR and Mapping buttons

1. GenericIR driver edit the control #2 device
Named: Xfinity IR

2. Added CableTV Driver
CableTV|AddCableBox~Theater Cable~Xfinity IR~Xfinity-MX011ANM Cable Box~Theater

When I select "Theater Cable" on the remote and press a key it's not automatically passing that over to the Global Cache.

Tested the Generic IR Driver. It will pass it using:
Control|2~SendIR~Xfinity-MX011ANM Cable Box~CHANNEL DOWN

I'm not sure why cabletv.html isn't mapping automatically.
