The Veranda 3 only support Power on using WOL.

• Update firmware to M0711 or higher
• Turn on the ‘screenless’ mode in the user menu
• Serial/IP Control Port = OFF
• Control4 Control Port = ON (all API commands after WOL use this protocol)

Note:  Veranda 2 , Sig 2 , and Pro 2 product lines do NOT use WOL and support full API commands for ON / OFF and other functions. However they do not have ‘smartTV’

Uses the Google smart platform for the Veranda 3 IP control implementation.

Early versions of the Veranda 3 firmware did not fully support discrete IR power and IP control was buggy.  The last two releases have been rock solid.

Device type should be "TV".
