Smart Remote Boots up to a Blurred Screen was created by kirky27
I need some help. My smart remote boots up to a blurry multi colored screen but it is online and is recognized as connected when you run the adb command. How do I fix this so it boots up as normal to the device pages?
Also just before this happened I updated to the latest myDesigner app and tried to rename the downloaded smartremote-sample to a new name and got a renaming error.
Thanks

Do you have a smartremote template named smartremote? It sounds like the remote can't find it's required template file.I need some help. Well that seems to be the problem. My smart remote folder on my designer disappeared. How do I add this back?
Thx

Well thanks for your help. I redownloaded the template and mydesigner and re added the remote to my server. It appears to be back up and running now

I get the same thing, I just depressingly found out that this actually is a clunky Android / Linux / Windows mish mash with no Apple offering. The is NOT mentioned on Kickstarter. Some of us are Microsoft free for a reason. Reinstalled everything, rebooted and still the blurry screen of doom with no feedback.
I will have to install Parallels and try to get this running, so far 4 hours trying to get the server to boot, rename the server only just to get a blurry screen with no feedback. The instructions are not good, filled with typos and inconsistencies and not at all helpful.
Very disappointed so far, I paid nearly €900 for this. Its painful.

Hi CasaP,
Have patience.
What is your TeamViewer ID so I can log in and see where you are at?
Do you have myDesigner running on Windows? Or are you going to try to run that on Parallels / Mac?
If you have myDesigner running, provide the teamviewer id / password for Host Teamviewer if you would like for us to check that out as well. Send that in an email to info@allonis.com
We'll get you going!
