Nothing showing on Smart Remote and No projects in Designer

Hello,
I am following the documentation, but I am stuck troubleshooting no projects showing on designer. Windows is connected. Also , I can go to smartremote webpage but I get nothing on the smart remote. Cant find in docs how to fix this.

On your Windows PC can you try to use File Explorer and see myServer (\\ipaddressofmyserver)?

If not, try to Map Network Drive using the ip address of  the hardware myServer is running on.

If Windows prompts for a user and password use allonis as user and allonis as password
 

Yes, that works. I can see the files of myserver when following your instructions.  but still have same problem. what am I missing? 
 

Also, I can turn the remote "off" from the dashboard, but cannot turn it on. I know it is online.  Myserver also shows my computer connected as client. everything is up to date, Still nothing in projects and nothing on remote.

OK, So I have project files showing in designer now, but the smartremote is not acting like in the instructions. I did not get a screen that asks about the server. not sure what to do. thanks for your help so far

Hi, I was able to log into your myServer system.
You had the SmartRemote Settings incorrect.
It was pointed to 192.168.0.59. Your myServer IP is (currently) 192.168.4.134
I reset those values and all seems to be working fine now.
Ensure these IP addresses never change on your network. Either Reserved DHCP or set the myServer address static.
