Controller is unreponsive

We can't see the drive. power failure might have wacked it.
This was a 1TB M.2 SSD
You could mail the old one to us, but I suspect it's a gone er.

You can reconfigure the system on the Trixie USB. Make sure you make a backup!!!
Also - you should have the myServer on a UPS to keep this from happening.  Ideally one that myServer can monitor.

David, I think the smart remote template is missing as I keep getting a failed to download message. Also, should I have had a reply to my licence activation yet?

There is a license transfer fee:

I paid the fee on Monday but have heard nothing. The order (697) is sat at processing
