I believe you're the first ubp user on V6. I fixed the issue in the driver that was throwing that error. Now try importing the upe file to see if the driver will import your devices.
Ok, I'm not clear on what the full path to the file is. The driver says to place the UPE file into the myserver data folder but is the path from the point of view of the server or the PC that I'm using Dashboard on?
I tried importing using a network path. The driver didn't throw any errors but there's still no UPB devices showing. Also wondering if the UPB network password is going to need to be included in the driver and if that might be causing some issues
