As I mentioned, I moved the Pi to a different rack so I have to move a keyboard and monitor to update the Pi, so it will take a bit before I can do that.
I have the latest updates to Myserver installed from the dashboard but apparently that doesn't get you to the same place as the latest master image. If that's the case, this situation will likely happen again as the installed base (updated via the dashboard) and the Master Image diverge.
Hopefully once I get terminal access I can use that to make any more changes that might be needed in the future.
I might also load a VNC server on the Pi.

I'd enable SSH as well while you're at it.

Finally tracked down my old Dinovo mini keyboard and got the proper cable for my portable display. The Dinovo crashed the Pi a few times but got it to work.
As advertised, I got the Shellinabox loaded and the terminal now works from the dashboard. I had to right-click the terminal screen and change the text to white on black to make the text legible.
For anyone else who wants to enable SSH or VNC, from the terminal type raspi-config. Under interfaces, select and enable SSH and VNC. It worked like a champ.
